Study the Word with other men who want to go deeper in their faith.
If you're an early morning person, we have the Bible study for you! Men of Gloria Dei meet on Tuesdays from 6:45-8am for a Bible study and fellowship. Email Ron Petri with questions.
Some of our "more seasoned" guys meet as the 'Roustabouts' on Tuesday mornings at 8:15 am in Life Center Classroom 214/216 for coffee, donuts and kolaches, and periodic opportunities to serve.
Making disciples who make disciples who make disciples is our commission as followers of Jesus, as sons of God. One way we build relationships is through Men's Campfire Nights. We gather for a relaxing night full of food, friends and campfire! Email Jason Phelps to learn more.
Men's Discipleship Adventure weekends are planned 2-3 times each year for camping, hiking and time outdoors in God's creation! Weekend trips include amazing fellowship and a devotion.
Jason Phelps plans and coordinates all activities. For more information on weekend adventures, contact Jason Phelps.
In order to equip and train you to grow and live out your faith as a disciple, we have dedicated time on Sunday mornings for engaging with God’s Word in community with age-appropriate ministry environments for , and between services from 9:45-10:45am. Sunday morning Discipleship Hour is meant to be a primer catapulting us back into our daily lives as every-day missionaries where we live, work, learn, and play.
Discipleship happens within the context of community and living life together. There is a depth of learning that can only happen when we have people to imitate. The early Church had a rhythm of life together between the temple (Sunday mornings) and the home as they ate together, cared for one another, and met the needs of their community. Small Groups are our primary context for living life together on mission.
