Griefshare

Have you lost a loved one through death? Looking for a place of healing, encouragement, and fellowship amidst the struggle? Then come join a Griefshare group, where you'll find understanding, guidance, relief, and a safe place to navigate the challenges of grief. GriefShare is a 13-week video-based grief support group. Each session includes a video offering comfort and wisdom to those who grieve, a time of discussion, and a workbook with helpful activities to reinforce the lessons during the week. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:15pm, from August 13 through November 5 in Room 212.
Choosing to attend GriefShare to help you recover from the death of a loved one may be very difficult at first, but people who have attended all say that it was the best place to process feelings, get practical advice, and guidance from experts in grief recovery who have experienced deep loss themselves.
