Rodeo Sunday & Chili Cook-Off 2023

This is the day to wear your cowboy hat and boots and join us at 10am for southern gospel style worship. Afterwards, mosey over to the Life Center to cast your vote for the best chili, best cornbread, and best decorated booth. We'll also have a mechanical bull, kids rodeo, midway games and more!

Compete in our 4th annual Cook-Off!

Register here for the chili cook-off by February 12. There are also two other categories— best cornbread and best decorated booth!

  • Chili Cook-off Instructions: Each team should make at least 3 large pots full of chili. You will be provided with a 6 ft rectangular table in the Life Center, tasting cups and spoons, and access to an outlet for cookware/crockpots, etc. NO propane will be permitted inside the building. Your team is encouraged to decorate your table! The congregation will taste each team's chili and vote on their favorite. The winner will be announced on Sunday, March 6 and will receive a traveling trophy!
