Makayla Adams Commissioning and Reception

Join us at both services on January 11 as Makayla is commissioned as Director of Christian Education for the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and our Director of Student Ministries.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and we want you there for the celebration. Between services in the Life Center, we will congratulate Makayla, meet her family, and celebrate in our Texas way with breakfast tacos, Texas sheet cake, a “dirty soda” bar, and more!

There will be a card box and station, so bring your own card or come and write Makayla a special note. You are invited to help her settle into her new home using Makayla’s Amazon wish list or gift cards from some of the places she has come to love—Akimi, Chuy’s, HEB, Java Owl, Target, Marshalls, and Miller’s Seawall Grill.
