At Gloria Dei, our Marriage Ministry seeks to walk with husband and wife, through all the stages of a marriage relationship by equipping couples from the beginning of their relationship, providing opportunities for continued growth as a husband and wife, and bringing Christ’s mercy and grace into the brokenness couples experience. So, whether you are engaged, struggling in your relationship, or have been joyfully married 50+ years, there is opportunity for you and your spouse in the Marriage Ministry of Gloria Dei.

Wedding Guidelines

At Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, we believe reading our wedding handbook before planning your wedding is essential to ensure a meaningful, organized, and spiritually enriching ceremony. The handbook provides important guidance on church policies, ceremony structure, and the sacred significance of marriage. By reviewing it in advance, couples can better understand expectations, coordinate with church staff, and create a service that reflects both their faith and commitment to one another.
