This past week the chainsaw team was in action responding to the aftermath of hurricane Beryl.   A huge thank you to the chainsaw team members and the volunteers that helped with cleaning up people’s yards and moving branches to the street, helping to bring hope and comfort to our neighbors.   Thank you as well to the church office for the work they did tracking and coordinating the work.  In addition to the chainsaw team, other teams were deployed to help with cleanup at other locations. 

Despite the local devastation caused by Beryl, members of Gloria Dei came together to demonstrate the love of Christ by serving those in need in the surrounding community.
