We believe that marriage is a holy and sacred gift from God, so it is our intent that members approach marriage according to Biblical standards, in a way that is pleasing to God.
Weddings held at Gloria Dei are reserved for church members, or for those who are in the process of becoming church members. You can learn more about becoming a part of the Gloria Dei family here.
Marriage preparation is a pre-requisite for weddings, led by a Gloria Dei pastor, whether the ceremony is held on our campus or off-site. The first step in Gloria Dei’s marriage preparation process is to complete and submit the wedding application. Then, we encourage you to read our wedding guidelines. As you plan and prepare for the wedding service, we have also included a worship service template and wedding details form. The forms and wedding guidelines booklet are also available in the front office.

*Because we believe that marriage is a sacred union of one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24-25), and that God gave marriage as a picture of the relationship between Christ and His bride, the Church (Ephesians 5:32), our pastors will not officiate over any marriages inconsistent with these beliefs and our church property may not be used for any marriage ceremony, reception or other activity that would be inconsistent with our beliefs and this policy.
