Women's Prayer Retreat

Join us on June 16-17th for a special night of prayer in Lake Jackson! This prayer retreat will take place at a private residence (pictured above) that opens their home monthly to host ministry activities. All meals and snacks will be provided by the host so we are free to gather, pray, and enjoy ourselves! This 13,000 sq. ft. home sits on 5 acres and includes a 16-seat movie theater, game room, steam room, outdoor fireplace and more. There are 14 individual beds, including 6 King beds. Currently the retreat is limited to 14 women, but if women are willing to share a King bed we can accommodate up to 20 ladies. The address for the retreat will be given to those who register.
The retreat will begin at 3pm Friday. Our evening will include time in group prayer as well as individual prayer time. We should finish in time to enjoy that movie theater! Saturday morning will be open for women to spend quiet time with the Lord. We will gather after breakfast for worship and group prayer. Lunch on Saturday is included and the retreat will close at 1pm. This weekend will be a time of intense prayer and listening to the Lord. You will be encouraged to utilize a prayer journal during the weekend. When you register you will also receive some pre-work for your prayer journal that is optional, but helpful.
Registration is $25. The only cost of the retreat is food which includes dinner on Friday plus breakfast and lunch Saturday. Our gracious host opens their home as a way of serving the Lord and does not charge a fee for the weekend. Love offerings for the host are accepted, but not required.
