Wednesday Morning Women's Bible Study

Join the women of Gloria Dei on Wednesday mornings from 9:00-11:00 for Bible study. We gather at 9:00 in Life Center classrooms 210 and 212 for opening prayer, updates, and announcements before dispersing to our separate rooms.

In Life Center classrooms 210 and 212, Kathie Stocker is using LifeLight's study Ezra and Nehemiah. It is an Old Testament study from the time when the people of Israel were returning from Exile. The people needed to rebuild their lives of worship, prayer, and purity while rebuilding the wall and renewing their covenant by asking God to remember them.

In Life Center classroom 216, Debbie Baacke's group is wrapping up Finding God Faithful on April 30th. For the remainder of the spring semester, the group will study NICE: Why We Love to Be Liked and How God Calls Us to More. Through video, discussion, and writing the group will learn to stop being "nice" and start practicing true kindness, honesty, courage, and joy by following Jesus and using Biblical wisdom. Books are available in the front office and may be purchased from Debbie in class. 

Ladies, make sure to join us on May 21st after Bible study for fellowship and good food. Bring your favorite dish and spend some time in friendship with all of your Bible study friends before we break for summer. See you there!
