When people think of a church, most people think of a place or a building. It is our hope and prayer that when you visit Gloria Dei, you will think of people! Gloria Dei is made up of people who have been forgiven and redeemed by Jesus, people who are loved by God and are loving one another, people who are dealing with everyday life issues with the comfort and presence of Jesus, people who are excited to reach out with the good news of Jesus Christ and people who are learning to live life with Jesus every day.
Our ministries seek to provide opportunities to strengthen your faith and grow in God’s grace and mercy, develop meaningful Christian relationships and build lasting friendships. We want you to experience the acceptance, significance and purpose we believe that God has promised for our lives. We want you to experience the life transforming power of His word. We want you to experience what a difference a group of people can make in their community, and in their world, as they dedicate their lives and resources to God’s purposes.
We also want you to know that when you are at Gloria Dei, we don't expect you to be perfect. Jesus didn't come down to earth to save perfect people. He came to save the broken, the lost, the hurt, the needy, the grieving, the sick and those who are poor in spirit. So, even though we are not perfect, we do serve an awesome and perfect God, whose grace and love covers us and redeems us. We are a group of people, committed to helping one another live life with Jesus every day, and we would love for you to join us and be a part of the Gloria Dei family.
